SOFT MINI PALACE EVENTS LLC – LIABILITY WAIVER & RENTAL AGREEMENTSAFETY RULES•
No shoes inside or on rental equipment.• No food, drinks, candy, gum, or snacks on rental equipment.• No face paint, silly string, slime, markers, paint, glitter, confetti, or other staining materials on or near the equipment. Children wearing face paint may not use the rental equipment.• No rough play, pushing, wrestling, flips, or jumping on other participants.• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Soft Mini Palace Events LLC does not provide childcare or supervision unless an attendant has specifically been booked.• Equipment capacity, age, height, and weight restrictions must be followed at all times. Soft play equipment is intended for children approximately 6 years old and younger.• Guests may not climb, sit, stand, or hang on fencing, inflatable walls, netting, equipment exteriors, or any area not intended for play.• Rental equipment may not be moved, relocated, unplugged, disconnected, deflated, altered, or removed after setup by Soft Mini Palace Events LLC.CLEANING &
DAMAGE POLICY The renter accepts responsibility for rental equipment during the rental period. An $80 cleaning fee may be charged if food, drinks, face paint, excessive dirt, stains, or other prohibited substances are found on the equipment. The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to punctures, tears, stains, burns, broken components, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited items, pets, or unauthorized movement of equipment. The renter may be responsible for the actual cost of repair or replacement when equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR RENTAL POLICYSoft Mini Palace Events LLC reserves the right to cancel, discontinue use of, deflate, or remove rental equipment when weather or site conditions are determined to be unsafe, including rain, thunderstorms, lightning, excessive winds, wet surfaces, or other hazardous conditions .Deposits and payments are non-refundable. When possible, payments may be transferred to a different event date, subject to availability and approval by Soft Mini Palace Events LLC. For outdoor rentals, the renter is responsible for providing a safe, clean, level, and appropriate setup area. Soft Mini Palace Events LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the location or ground conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment.
SUPERVISION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK The renter understands that participation in soft play, inflatable attractions, bumper cars, ball pits, merry-go-rounds, bubble houses, and other recreational rental equipment involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, slips, bumps, and other injuries. The renter agrees to ensure that all children and guests follow the safety rules and acknowledges responsibility for supervising minors participating in rental activities.
EQUIPMENT ACCESS & PICKUP Rental equipment must remain accessible to Soft Mini Palace Events LLC for scheduled pickup. Equipment may not be used beyond the agreed rental period without prior authorization. Only Soft Mini Palace Events LLC staff or authorized personnel may move, dismantle, disconnect, or remove rental equipment. LIABILITY RELEASE To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the renter assumes the risks associated with participation in rental activities and releases and holds harmless Soft Mini Palace Events LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of rental equipment, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING RELEASE
The renter acknowledges and agrees that Soft Mini Palace Events LLC may photograph and/or record completed rental setups before, during, or after the event for business, portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes. Soft Mini Palace Events LLC retains the right to use photographs and videos of its rental equipment, décor, and completed setups for promotional and marketing purposes.
Soft Mini Palace Events LLC will make reasonable efforts to photograph completed setups without identifiable guests or children whenever possible. Photos or videos featuring an identifiable child or guest as the primary subject will not be used for promotional purposes without separate permission from the appropriate parent, legal guardian, or individual.
